LOCATION

This is in the popular area of Abington, alongside the Racecourse and Avenue Campus. The vibrant Kettering Road and Wellingborough Road are nearby providing great facilities and nightlife. A 16 minute bus ride or 20 minute walk will take you into the centre of town.

BEDROOMS

There are 5 rooms (some en-suite) and each bedroom is fitted with a modern bed, desk, chair, storage and clothes hanging.

Bedrooms 1&2 benefit from an additional en-suite washroom with basin and WC. Bedrooms 3&4 have a shared en-suite with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 5 is adjacent to a bathroom with Shower, WC and basin.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher and washer dryer as well as oven, hob and large fridge freezers. A microwave, kettle and toaster are also supplied.

LIVING AREA

There is a communal living area which extends to a paved garden which gets plenty of sun and is easy to tidy after any impromptu parties.

FACILITIES

There is high speed cable broadband a TV licence and individual aerial socket in each room.

Sensor lights in the communal areas and online heating controls help you manage your energy bills as a group. A Combi Boiler supplies constant hot water and really efficient heating.

PRICES

All Bedrooms are £100.00 per week per person. All rooms are inclusive of services. The services are capped at £500 per person for each term of contract.
