Yes. If you're not in residence you will receive a discount for the first 8 weeks. You may leave your belongings in your room at your own risk.
Your Gas, Water, Electricity, TV Licence and Broadband will all be arranged for you.
Each house has an Oven, Hob, Washer/Dryer, Fridge/Freezers, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle and Microwave.
Your deposit is fully protected and insured with the Deposit Protection Service, My Deposits.
Each tenant must be able to provide a suitable guarantor. This person must be a UK homeowner, and will be required to complete a Deed of Guarantee (as sample of this document can be viewed under What Will I Be Required To Sign)
You can move in at any time after the start of the tenancy. However, most students move in during September and therefore pay a reduced rent for the first eight weeks.
No. Both houses provide street parking without a permit.
You will be required to sign a contract and a guarantor agreement which will be provided for you.
