This is in the popular area of Abington, alongside the Cricket Ground, Abington Park and close to Avenue Campus. Vibrant Wellingborough Road is nearby for nightlife and offers great daily facilities. A 15 minute bus ride, or 20 minute walk will take you into the centre of town.

BEDROOMS

There are 5 en-suite bedrooms and each bedroom is fitted with modern bed, desk, chair, storage and clothes hanging.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher and washer dryer as well as an oven, hob and large fridge freezers. A microwave, kettle and toaster are also supplied.

LIVING AREA

There is a communal living area which extends to a paved garden which gets plenty of sun and is easy to tidy after any impromptu parties. There is a secured rear access to the garden for bike storage.

FACILITIES

There is high speed cable broadband a TV licence and individual aerial socket in each room.

Sensor lights in the communal areas and online heating controls help you manage your energy bills as a group. A Combi Boiler supplies constant hot water and really efficient heating.

PRICES

All Bedrooms are £100.00 per week per person. All rooms are inclusive of services. The services are capped at £500 per person for each term of contract.
